Any purchase agreement you conclude with us is subject to Plantum’s General Terms and Conditions for Floriculture and Food Culture Breeding. A purchase agreement exists if we are the owner of the starting material when propagating the plant material.

The Plantum General Terms and Conditions for executing plant cultivation work commissioned by us for the purpose of propagating plant material into plant material suitable for subsequent cultivation apply to an order given to us. Such a commission exists if you (or a third party) are (are) the owner of the planting material during the propagation of the planting material.
